For more than two decades, I’ve been helping organisations build stronger teams, develop better leaders, and create more effective and enjoyable workplaces.

No two months are ever the same. One week I might be running a super fun team building experience at a beach resort in Phuket. The next, I’m in a Bangkok boardroom facilitating for a leadership team as they battle organisational silos. Then it’s off to another hotel somewhere in Thailand or Asia to deliver a team development workshop for a completely different management team before heading back to Phuket to lead a team bonding activity at a gala dinner.

Some clients simply want to bring people together, strengthen relationships, and have a great time – the fun stuff! Others are looking to solve more complex challenges, such as improving communication, managing conflict, or developing more understanding leaders.

Whatever the objective, my approach is always the same: create engaging, practical, and enjoyable experiences that leave people talking long after the session has finished – and, more importantly, give them skills and insights they can take back to work.
