Phuket, Bangkok and Chiang Mai form the first tier of our team building operations in Thailand. These are our primary destinations. However, as MICE groups continue to seek out new destinations, we’re conducting more and more events in our secondary locations.
Team building in Khao Lak
It’s really quiet and relaxed in Khao Lak and we often recommend it for smaller groups who want to focus on their meetings in an informal environment. It’s a great location to bring senior management together for some efficient work, training, and team building and provides a close-knit atmosphere in which to get to know one another.

Krabi is a laid back beachside town that offers a quieter experience than Thailand’s main destinations. Popular with our Malaysian and Indonesian clients, many people are surprised to learn that it does have its own international airport. It’s a great place for some easygoing meetings and team building and offers the chance to give delegates something different this year.

From the moment you arrive at its quaint little airport, you’ll notice that Koh Samui manages to balance chilled-out, island-life vibes with sophisticated beach resort offerings.
